2010 has been such a fantastic year. As I spent the last few hours reflecting on the past year and going through the weddings that I’ve photographed, I couldn’t help but be thankful for the grace that God’s given to me. With my calendar full, it’s been amazing that my wife and I still were able to travel quite a bit this year–Victoria, the Philippines, Taiwan, Maui, and Dallas.
I want to take this time to just thank all the brides and grooms, and all the seniors, families, and other clients who have allowed me to be a part of their lives. Without you there wouldn’t be any photos. I also want to thank Mark, Isaac, and Nate, the photographers/videographers who’s creativity help with the complete production of the weddings. Lastly and most important, my wife Shawn who endures time without me when I leave for a weekend to photograph out of town, who helps me clear my mind and focus on what’s important, who blesses me with a love and patience that only she can give to me, and it’s she who I try to impress with the photographs that I share with all of you. It has been a very memorable 2010. I’m looking forward to the advent of the next decade and see how I can be inspired and inspire. I wish I was able to include photos of my trips, ballet performances, and other works, but as you can see from just the few photos I include from each wedding I photographed this year it’s quite a long blog. May you all have a very blessed 2011. Cheers!
