Jack and Janna’s wedding in La Habra, CA in February was fantastic! We ended the evening with a night photo of them in a gazebo by a tranquil lake at the Westridge Golf Club, where they had their reception. This shot almost didn’t happen, while we were walking down the path to the gazebo, the sprinkler system started suddenly and Jack, Janna and myself were running for cover. My camera’s didn’t get wet, but it was super close. The gazebo was a good walk through a main grassy area and we were all super nervous about getting soaked. Finally we went for it, I set up my camera for a 2 sec exposure, originally I wanted to do a little longer exposure, but with the unknown feeling of the sprinkler going off, I decided against trying something else. We took 4 shots and then ran back inside. Below is the image that I thought turned out the best. I’ll have entire wedding set ready sometime next week so stay tuned!
