9.22.12. Back in Washington for Chelsey and Bryan’s wedding. All weddings are special to me, but this one was a little more special. Photographing extended family (Chelsey is my sister’s sister-in-law) always has a little more sentimentality and seeing familiar faces at Chelsey and Bryan’s wedding, old classmates and friends was great. I do have to admit, I was under the weather this particular day, due to breathing in too much of the wildfire smoke of Idaho and Montana as I drove back from my Montana wedding the weekend before in Bozeman. Even so, I still had a great time and it was very sweet to witness the marriage of Bryan and Chelsey. The wedding ceremony was held at Edison Place, and the reception at the Hub City Club in the historic downtown. It was a great party! I was dreading one thing that day, because I break danced at Chelsey’s sibling’s weddings, Chelsey’s family was hinting during my conversations with them that I would also have to break at Chelsey’s. Towards the end of the evening, I thought I was home free to not have to do anything that wasn’t in my contract, but they remembered and I wasn’t so lucky and I felt it the next morning, in fact the next week. I’ll have to get back into shape before the next wedding Brodie:). Congratulations to you both Chelsey and Bryan!
