Wednesday June 26, 2013. Monte Villa Farmhouse, Bothell, WA. It was such an amazing day for the marriage of Luke and Elizabeth. It was great to see past couples attending as well (Ling Ling and Jim and Theresia and Jack, great to see you guys!) Since the couple live out of state, it was my first time meeting Luke and second time meeting Elizabeth, but I felt like they were old friends and I was there to celebrate with them. We began the morning at Monte Villa Farmhouse and then headed out to Chateau St. Michelle Winery in Woodinville for photos. It rained a little that day, but that’s what you have to expect with Washington weddings and Elizabeth was prepared with a hot pink umbrella. Since the birth of my daughter just a few months ago, it’s been hard to not to imagine her getting married and watching Elizabeth and her father during the toasts and first dance I couldn’t help but cry. Luckily I have a huge Nikon D3s covering my face. After the reception, I met Luke and Elizabeth at the Kirkland Waterfront for the most amazing sunset! Congratulations you two, and thanks so much for having me and Vera at your wedding. Cheers!
