Hello Parents of the classmates of Eloise, Charlotte, Violet, Prudence, and Rocco (6th, 7th, and 8th graders of CCS) (this is not a school related event)
They are excited to host this winter dance party for their friends. This has been a great experience for them to plan, rent a venue, hire vendors, decorate and host an event.
Dance Information
When: Saturday March 8, 2025
Time: 3:00 – 5:00 pm
Dress Code: Casual Semi-Formal Attire
Venue: The Vintage Grand Room in Chehalis
Swing Dance instruction from @lewiscountyswing from 3:30-4:00 (parents are welcome to join)
$10 cash at the door per student to help pay for drinks, decor, venue rental, and other expenses. $20 cash at the door for the family and child if parents and siblings want to come (please, only family members 10 years and older)
Photobooth available from 3:00-3:30 kids can take photos with their friends. You can find pictures on this link when they are uploaded. This is free to download and keep for yourselves.
For those who are dropping off their child and not staying, there will be a sign in and sign out sheet.
We would need a headcount (for venue rental), so please RSVP to Shawn (Violet and Rocco’s mom) at 360-774-0389 by March 3
The kids are looking forward to having a fun afternoon with their friends.
